Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zephyr Mechanical website and your communications with us through the website, phone, email, forms, or other contact methods.

By using our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. About Zephyr Mechanical

Zephyr Mechanical is a licensed HVAC contractor, license CMC1250559, based in Zephyrhills, Florida. We provide commercial and residential HVAC services throughout Tampa Bay, including AC repair, AC installation, preventative maintenance, tune ups, and heating services.

Service availability may depend on your location, scheduling, technician availability, weather, parts availability, access to the property, and the nature of the HVAC issue.

3. Website Information

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes. We try to keep information accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or free from errors.

Website content is not a substitute for an on site inspection, professional HVAC diagnosis, written estimate, service agreement, equipment manual, manufacturer recommendation, code requirement, or licensed professional advice.

4. Estimates and Service Requests

You may request an HVAC estimate or service appointment through our website, by phone, or by email. Submitting a request does not guarantee that service will be scheduled, that a quote will be issued, or that a quoted price will remain available indefinitely.

Any estimate may depend on site conditions, equipment condition, building access, system size, parts, labor, permitting, code requirements, and other factors. We may revise an estimate if additional information becomes available or if conditions differ from what was initially provided.

5. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable, and timely access to the service location, HVAC equipment, electrical panels, roof access, attic spaces, crawl spaces, gates, parking, and other areas needed to perform the requested work.

Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, emergency calls, staffing, parts delays, traffic, property access issues, or other reasonable business needs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

When requesting service or using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information, service location details, and system information
  • Tell us about known hazards, access issues, pets, tenants, building rules, or restrictions that may affect service
  • Obtain any required permission to request work at the property
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes
  • Pay approved charges when due under the applicable estimate, invoice, contract, or service agreement

7. Payments, Invoices, and Deposits

Payment terms may be stated in an estimate, invoice, proposal, work order, financing document, or service agreement. Deposits, progress payments, final payments, late fees, cancellation fees, or collection costs may apply when stated in writing or allowed by law.

If a payment is not made when due, we may pause or decline further service, pursue collection, recover allowable costs, or use other remedies available under law or contract.

8. Equipment, Parts, and Warranties

Equipment, parts, and labor may be covered by manufacturer warranties, written service warranties, or other warranty terms stated in a proposal, invoice, contract, or separate written document.

Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not guarantee that repair work will permanently resolve every issue, that equipment will never fail, or that old or poorly maintained systems will perform like new equipment. Warranty coverage may be limited by manufacturer rules, maintenance requirements, misuse, lack of access, unauthorized repairs, preexisting conditions, code issues, or other exclusions.

9. Emergency Conditions

Our website may invite customers to contact us for HVAC service, but the website is not an emergency response system. If you believe there is a fire, electrical hazard, gas leak, carbon monoxide issue, medical emergency, or other immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service first.

For urgent HVAC concerns, call us directly at the phone number listed on our website. Response time depends on availability, location, safety, and service demand.
